PRM Honors District 3830
Eleven Rotary clubs in District 3830 were awarded certificates of appreciation by the Philippine Rotary Magazine editorial board for their loyalty to the magazine. Part of the citation reads: “for having continuously subscribed to the PRM for seven years” without arrears.
The eleven clubs are: RC Makati, RC Makati Central, RC Makati Forbes Park, RC Makati J.P. Rizal, RC Makati North, RC Makati Paseo de Roxas, RC Makati South, RC Makati West, RC Parañaque, RC Parañaque East and RC Parañaque Metro.
Receiving the certificates on behalf of the clubs was District 3830 DGR-PRM Chair Tony Chong his co-chair PP Nes del Rosario. Also on hand at the awarding rites were (in photo from left) PP Chochit Tobias (incoming District PR Chair), CP Ruby Bruno (immediate-past District 3830 PRM Chair), PDG Guiller Tumangan, PP Nes, PDG Alex Huang (incoming PCRG Chair); CP Mong Cañizares, PP Tony; PDG Jun Aniag (PCRG Chair); PDG Mar Un Ocampo III, and PDG Oca Inocentes.
The PRM also presented certificates of appreciation to PP Tony and PP Nes for their role in promoting the Philippine Rotary Magazine during RTY 2007-2008.
Gov. Ato Magadia also received a Special Recognition for Magazine Sponsorship. It will be recalled that District 3830 sponsored the September 2007 issue of PRM.
